Areas of Practice:

If you are charged under

  • the Canadian Criminal Code (for offenses such as theft, assault, uttering threats, sexual assault, fraud, murder, breach of condition, unlawful release, dangerous driving, obstruction, extortion, forcible confinement, child pornography, etc.) ;
  • the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (simple possession, trafficking, production, export/import, etc.);
  • the Tobacco Tax Act (in some cases).
  • Application for imprisonment under the Code of Criminal Procedure (for unpaid fines).
  • Application for parole.
