Mission — Centre communautaire juridique de la Rive-Sud

Mission

Since its inception in 1973, the mission of the South Shore Community Legal Centre has been to provide legal services to residents of the Montérégie region, either free of charge or with a contribution, to the extent provided by the Act respecting legal aid and the provision of certain other legal services

Our 50 lawyers, supported by 59 committed employees that are devoted to our mission, deliver professional legal services with a human approach. In addition, our center values the social involvement of its lawyers with numerous community organizations.

We also offer the Homologation Assistance Service (HAS) and collaborate with the Commission des services juridiques to ensure the proper functioning of the administrative child support recalculation service officially known as the Service administratif de rajustement des pensions alimentaires pour enfants (SARPA).

Vision

An organization that provides professional legal services with a human approach, in the areas defined by the law, in a safe and healthy work environment.
